Pursuant to the decision of the Commercial Court In Zagreb dated 16 November 2011, the company Dom holding d.d., changed its name into Valamar Adria holding d.d.

Valamar Adria holding d.d. is a joint-stock company which manages holding companies. Valamar Adria holding has chosen tourism as its strategic activity and directly and indirectly owns the largest tourism portfolio in Croatia (Riviera Adria d.d., Dubrovnik-Babin kuk d.d.) The basic principles of Valamar Adria holding investment activities are safety, liquidity and risk differentiation, while aiming at business expansion and investment in the long-term development of the portfolio companies. In line with this, Valamar Adria holding has invested the generated revenues in the properties of the companies in which it holds a majority stake, and which are managed by the company and trusted partner Valamar hoteli i ljetovališta (Valamar operates 23 hotels, eight tourist villages and nine camps along the Croatian coast).
