Members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the General Assembly for a term of four years, and one member of the Supervisory Board is appointed by the employees or the Labour Council of the Company as long as there are conditions for appointing employee representatives in accordance with the Labor Law.

The Supervisory Board of the Company has nine members. The current members were elected at the General Assembly held on June 12, 2025, and one member, a representative of the workers, was appointed by the Workers' Council on May 12, 2025.
