Valamar has organized the “Valamar’s Big Heart” fundraiser for the third consecutive year at its destinations from Istria and Kvarner to Dubrovnik to promote solidarity and the idea of helping the local community.
This year’s fundraiser will start on 1 July at Valamar’s hotels, resorts and campsites and will last until the end of September. All Valamar’s guests and partners can take part in this initiative aiming to raise funds for school library equipment and directly support children’s education and learning.
Corporate social responsibility guides all Valamar Riviera’s strategic initiatives and business operations, so the company has developed nine CSR umbrella programs, with Valamar’s Big Heart being one of them and including the eponymous fundraiser. Valamar carries out its own charity projects and continually supports numerous other associations and initiatives in the local community aimed at helping those in need.
