I was a shareholder in Valamar Adria Holding d.d. and/or Valamar grupa d.d. What happened to my shares?
The companies Valamar Adria Holding d.d. and Valamar grupa d.d. were merged into the company Valamar Riviera d.d. as of 1st October, 2014. In exchange for their shares, shareholders in Valamar Adria Holding d.d. and Valamar grupa d.d. received shares in Valamar Riviera d.d. in a specific ratio, and thereby became shareholders of Valamar Riviera d.d.
I formerly held a certain number of shares of Riviera, and now the statement from the SKDD specifies a higher number. How is that possible?
The General Assembly of Valamar Riviera, i.e., of the former Riviera Adria in 2011, decided to split the Company’s registered ordinary shares, with the designation RIVP-R-A. One registered ordinary share in the Company, with a par value of HRK 200.00, was split into 20 new registered shares with a par value of HRK 10.00. After this, the General Assembly decided on 5th July, 2013 to transform the par value shares into no-par value shares.
