“This is a great recognition for the campsites of Camping Adriatic by Valamar, and we are elated that three of our campsites have been awarded, after inspecting officers from both clubs had visited about 2000 European campsites. We strive to maintain our market leading position by creating premium camping services, applying innovative solutions and following market trends. The Lanterna and Krk camping resorts have joined the rare European campsites that serve as a model for other campsites in Europe. They are members of an elite group consisting of the 40 best European campsites within Leading Campings of Europe, a prominent European association. These recognitions motivate us to be even better, and this is why we will continue to invest in the products and services available at our campsites. The Lanterna Camping resort will boast a newly constructed central square featuring various shops, a bakery, a supermarket, two new themed restaurants (the Tuna Bay Grill and the Grano Duro) and new premium mobile home villages. Among them is the Happy Dog Premium Village-the first pet-friendly village. The family water park will be even bigger and more fun because it will feature three new water slides and two new pools, while all the water park pools will have heated water. The campsites Zablaće and Ježevac on the island of Krk will also welcome their guests with new amenities and services. Other campsites on Krk, in Istria and Dubrovnik will also undergo investment in order to improve the quality of camping accommodation, beaches and F&B outlets, ” announced Davor Brenko, Valamar Riviera’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
