The first lectures were delivered by module leader Dr. Sc. Sanja Čižmar from 505 Consulting, Director of Camping Operations and Valamar Riviera's Regional Director Bruno Radoš, while T-Nest Resort Sales and Marketing Director Leonardo Buzov Vulas spoke about tourism trends, and gave pragmatic examples.

V-Executive Business Education, which is part of the Valamar Excellence umbrella education platform, received 163 applications. Currently, a total of 19 Valamar employees are attending the entire program, while the remaining participants are arranged in modules. The two-year business education V-Executive offers its participants a complete set of knowledge and skills needed to develop a successful career in the tourism and hospitality industry. It consists of 27 modules divided into eight main thematic segments, and each addresses specific topics related to the tourism business. It is based on modern academic knowledge and the lecturers' practical experience, including senior management of the company, and enables the professional and personal development of its participants. Depending on their own preferences and work experience, participants were able to choose the entire program or individual thematic segments and modules related specifically to their work position or desired field of refinement.
