Glavice d.o.o. in bankruptcy, seated in Opuzen and respondent /counter-claimant , the Company ( as the legal successor of the respondent DUBROVNIK-BABIN KUK d.d. from Dubrovnik). By the verdict the Arbitration Court had completely rejected the claim of Glavice d.o.o. for the payment of amount of 64.058.078,29 HRK, and regarding counterclaim for determination of bankruptcy claims of the Company, confirmed the claims of the Company in amount of 20.931.712,00 HRK and declared in favor of the Company the costs of procedure in amount of 1.615.410,13 HRK.
