Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Porec, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the December 15th, 2015 the Company acquired 22.500 treasury shares which represent 0,0179% of Company's share capital and on the December 17th, 2015 it acquired 29.379 treasury shares which represent 0,0233% of Company's share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.318.096 treasury shares representing 1,0459% of the share capital.
