Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the March 9th, 2015 the Company has acquired 35.632 treasury shares which represent 0,0282% of Company's share capital, on the March 11th, 2015 the Company has acquired 11.598 treasury shares which represent 0,0092% of Company's share capital and on the March 12th, 2015 the Company has acquired 3.539 treasury shares which represent 0,0028% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 675.540 treasury shares representing 0,5360% of the share capital.
