Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the February 19th, 2015 the Company has acquired 2.242 treasury shares which represent 0,0017% of Company's share capital, on the February 20th, 2015 the Company has acquired 1.199 treasury shares which represent 0,0009% of Company's share capital and on the February 23th, 2015 the Company has acquired 5.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0039% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 583.729 treasury shares representing 0,4631% of the share capital.
