Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the February 12th, 2015 the Company has acquired 793 treasury shares which represent 0,0006% of Company's share capital, on the February 13th, 2015 the Company has acquired 10.990 treasury shares which represent 0,0087% of Company's share capital and on the February 16th, 2015 the Company has acquired 2.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0015% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 546.697 treasury shares representing 0,4337% of the share capital.
