Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the February 9th, 2015 the Company has acquired 1.420 treasury shares which represent 0,0011% of Company's share capital, on the February 10th, 2015 the Company has acquired 9.945 treasury shares which represent 0,0078% of Company's share capital and on the February 11th, 2015 the Company has acquired 40.733 treasury shares which represent 0,0323% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 532.914 treasury shares representing 0,4228 % of the share capital.
