Valamar Riviera d.d., seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act (hereinafter: CMA) and in accordance with provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the December 22th, 2014 the Company acquired 6.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0047% of Company's share capital, on the December 23th, 2014 the Company acquired 13.919 treasury shares which represent 0,0110% of Company's share capital and on the December 29th, 2014 the Company acquired 8.228 treasury shares which represent 0,0065% of Company's share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 478.193 treasury shares representing 0,3794% of the Company's share capital.
