We hereby notify that Valamar Riviera d.d on 27 December 2017 submitted to the Restructuring and Sale Center (CERP), a binding offer to purchase 621,086 company shares of HOTELI MAKARSKA dioničko društvo, according to the conditions specified in the Bidding documents for the purchase of “HOTELI MAKARSKA” d.d. Makarska shares.
The shares that are offered for sale represent 55.48% of HOTELI MAKARSKA d.d. share capital.
