During the meeting, the Supervisory Board considered and determined the audited consolidated and non-consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year 2019 including the quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2019. These statements will be released in the prescribed time period, pursuant to relevant provisions.
