Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with Article 459 of the Law on Capital Market and Article 2 of Ordinance on disclosure of privileged information which directly relate to the issuer and on determining the justified interests of the issuer for the purpose of nonpublication, hereby announces that on the 23rd March 2016. Company concluded the Loan agreement for investment in improving quality standards in destinations Poreč, Rabac, Krk and Dubrovnik for season 2016 with the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the amount of EUR 24.291.113,59 in kuna equivalent with the final maturity in the year 2033.
