Pursuant to the provisions of Article 121 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2017 were determined during the Management Board meeting held on 25 April 2017.

Pursuant to relevant regulations, the quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2017 shall be published in the prescribed terms.
