Ms. Budin Arhanić received her Economics Degree from Middlebury College (USA) in 1999 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2007. She started her career as a Strategy Management Consultant in Boston and New York. Following this, she successfully led Lura d.d. group expansion to Serbia.
Since 2007 she has built her career within Valamar group, taking on senior leadership roles overseeing strategic development, corporate restructuring, service quality, portfolio expansion, digital transformation, sustainability, and corporate affairs. Mrs. Budin Arhanić has led Valamar’s business and portfolio expansion in Croatia and Austria, and has played a key role in positioning Valamar as a market leader in sustainability and digital innovation. In 2022, she was appointed to her current role at Valamar Riviera d.d. as a Management Board Member.
Ivana Budin Arhanić remains actively involved in professional organizations such as the Association of Employers in Croatian Hospitality and the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development, as well as in a range of institutions and non-profit initiatives that support responsible social and economic development.
