The decision to list the Company’s shares on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange was reached at the General Assembly of Valamar Riviera held on 17 November 2014, and trading commenced on 17 December 2014.

After its listing on the ZSE Official Market, the Company’s shares were among the ten with the highest market capitalization. The market capitalization of over HRK 5,6 billion is almost 4% of the total market capitalization of shares traded on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Based on the volume of trading, our shares are in third place with an average volume of HRK 1.6 million (block transactions excluded). Valamar Riviera’s shares are listed in the following indices: CROBEX, CROBEXtr, CROBEX10, CROBEXplus and CROBEXturist. The Company’s shares have also been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange’s SETX and CROX indices, as well as SEELinx and SEELinX EWI on the SEE Link regional trading platform. In 2016, it was Share of the Year by public choice for the fifth consecutive year and in 2015 also Share with the Highest Turnover (awarded by the Zagreb Stock Exchange). The company also received the Best Investor Relations in Croatia awarded by Poslovni dnevnik and the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
