The decision to list the Company’s shares on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange was reached at the General Assembly of Valamar Riviera held on 17 November 2014, and trading commenced on 17 December 2014.  On 26 April 2019 the Zagreb Stock Exchange approved the transition of 126,027,542 ordinary Valamar Riviera shares from the Regular to the Prime Market. The first trading day on the Prime Market was 29 April 2019.
